We list it on Trade Me and realestate.co.nz, run referencing and the tenancy agreement, keep your Healthy Homes obligations on track, and put rent, inspections and compliance in one dashboard. You stay in charge. One flat fee, never a percentage, well below the 7–9% + GST a property manager charges.
