OpenKey — $5,000 +GST$2,500 when you go live, $2,500 when it sells.Photos, drone, floor plan and video; all the listing sites; your seller kit; the Open Home Pass; a price guide; and your dashboard.Minimum listing 3 months. The second half is due at settlement if your home sells while listed with us, or within 90 days of taking it off.

Optional extras (an open-home host, printed brochures, Trade Me premium placement or a social media campaign) can be added from your dashboard whenever you want them.
